NEW Puppet Playhouse! Imaginative fun for the 3-5 year old! Kids will
learn how to play with different types of puppets using books, character play
and imaginative games. The final class will be a puppet performance for friends
and families! Class is taught by Anthony De Poto , a Theater Arts Student @
WCSU. Anthony has performed in numerous shows at WCSU. His credits
also include a NYC Off –Broadway (Iphingenia, 2007) show and has recently
spent a month performing in Edinburgh, Scotland
International Fringe Festival.

Baby Yoga Together
Yoga is a great way to share the joy of movement with your child! Enjoy Yoga
Together in a fun playful way! You and Baby will learn fun exercises for both of
you! This is a nice bonding experience! 3 months to 12months. Class is taught
by Grace Barton Harvey, co-creator of The Graceful Planet and Director of
the Dance and Performing Arts Program at the center.
Grace is a certified Yoga Together Teacher and will be joined by her new
baby Nora Grace.

Grace Barton Harvey, is co-creator of The Graceful Planet and Director of
the Dance and Performing Arts Program at the center. Grace holds a Bachelor
of Fine Arts Degree in Dance from the University of Hartford Hartt
School. Grace's training includes extensive study with the School of the
Hartford Ballet, and in the Martha Graham Modern technique. Grace is also a
certified Yoga Together Teacher.
Youth

Youth Improvisation! Ages 6 -12 years Kids explore and create their
own settings and characters without the worries of remembering lines! Build

NEW JEWLERY BASICS!
Express your creativity and learn the
basics of jewelry design. Using jeweler’s tools and supplies you will be guided in
creating a necklace, bracelet and a pair of earrings. Finished pieces will include
glass beads and sterling silver metal to provide you with beautiful quality jewelry
that lasts a lifetime. Here is your opportunity to find a new hobby in a creative
environment with jewelry designer Katie Andrew, co-owner of The Krafty Pair.
A $15 supply fee is paid to instructor first night of class in addition to tuition.

NEW ZUMBA!
ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that
create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness program! It combines high energy and
motivating music with unique moves and combinations that sculpt and tone your
body. Zumba is aerobic interval training that combines fast and slow rhythms to
improve aerobic capacity, strength, flexibility, balance and coordination, while
maximizing caloric output, fat burning and total body conditioning. Class is taught
by Lynda Muir, a certified Zumba Instructor.

BELLY DANCE !
Learn to move with confidence and presence. You will learn various styles of
Middle Eastern Dance. Class is taught by Lorelie Carvey. Lorelie has won
Championship Body Building Titles and she now dances professionally and is
a member of The Riskallah Riyad DanceTheatre Co.

Yoga and Pilates!
This hour and a half class is the best of everything. We will work on our core
strength, and lower body, we then incorporate the ball into our workout
developing upper body strength and balance. We utilize bands, and weights in
our conditioning and then stretch it all out with Kripalu yoga and relaxation. This
class is taught by Kat Barton, who co-directs The Graceful Planet and is a
registered Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance.
