This summer, experience a fun-filled, high-energy, super-dynamic,
incredible fat-burning and muscle sculpting fitness program

Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective
fitness program! It combines high energy and  motivating music with unique moves and combinations that sculpt
and tone your  body. Zumba is aerobic interval training that combines fast and slow rhythms to  improve
aerobic capacity, strength, flexibility, balance and coordination, while  maximizing caloric output, fat burning and
total body conditioning.  Class is taught by Lynda Muir, Certified Zumba Instructor.        

7:30pm Mondays 6/9 to 7/28 $120, 8 classes
(minimum 8 people in order to hold class, maximum 25)

I love to teach Zumba fitness for 2 reasons. First, because it allows me to
share my passion for dance and energy for fitness with other people.
Second, it’s a total-body workout.  The moves are simple and music out of
this world.  Zumba lets you express yourself through dance. You learn to
let go and feel the passion in the music.  I’ll keep you moving the entire
hour, burning calories like crazy, that you’ll forget you're actually
exercising.  You will leave my class feeling alive and full of energy,
like you’ve just left an awesome dance party and can’t wait to come to the
