Core Fusion incorporates both yoga and pilates with a focus on strengthening the core. Appropriate
for all levels.

Hatha Yoga with Kat Barton Wednesdays 9:30am
Kripalu/ Hatha Yoga is a basic yoga class incorporating the breath with movement. This class is
appropriate for all levels and is a wonderful way to relax and unwind.

Yoga and Pilates Fusion - a Graceful Planet Network Class

This is a series class.
An upbeat class that combines the breathing and stretching of yoga with the core tightening and
strengthening of Pilates. We will start out with some gentle yoga stretching and move on to a
powerful workout using weights, balls and bands. We then cool down with more yoga and a final
relaxation period. A great way to stretch, strengthen and tone your entire body.
Intro to Yoga Flow to Fit with Amie 10:00 am - 11:15 am starting 1/19
A beginner class designed to slowly and gently introduce the breathing, stretching and balancing
techniques of yoga. We will start out with a calm stretching sequence and then move on to a slow flow
through poses. We will then wind down with more breathing, stretching and a final guided relaxation
period. Come explore and experience all the wonderful benefits that yoga can bring to your life.

Yoga and Pilates! Saturdays 8:30—10:00am
This hour and a half class is the best of everything. We will work on our core strength, and lower
body, we then incorporate the ball into our workout developing upper body strength and balance.
We utilize bands, and weights in our conditioning and then stretch it all out with yoga and relaxation.
New series starts on February 25th - April 14th 8 weeks for $120
